Chaos Devourer System
Chapter 498: Devouring The Crystals!

Chapter 498: Devouring The Crystals!

“Splendid! Splendid!!!” The roar of encouragement came from none other than the dragon, who kept roaring out loud as Zeras directed his attention to him with a raised eyebrow.

“You know they are all different entities and not systems?” Zeras asked in shock as the dragon looked at him with hatred in its eyes.

“You have won a little of me with your crafty nature, and I might as well tell you your stupidity. The crystals were your special ability, but your mother felt they were overwhelming for you to control so much, so she did a little something to every crystal to make them more comprehensible for you, so much that you can naturally use every of their abilities just like breathing.

But there was a time limit placed on every crystal. You ought to have already possessed their power when you were around 15 at most, but you, due to your laziness or some stupid excuse, didn’t do it.

And those small things your mother added eventually changed and became living entities who once used the abilities in the past.

All of them are those people you locked in your stomach, including that dark one. They all are dead but ancient powerful entities. What do you think they would want the most? To take your body, of course, and one day reveal themselves to the world! Your mum might have tried to help you quickly learn the abilities, but she had also created a perfect condition for powerful entities to gain control of your body! I’m surprised you were able to replace out that so quickly and deal with it so quickly too,” the dragon said with a brilliant smile before its face immediately changed to disgust.

“Still, you’re a piece of trash of a crafty fox, completely unlike your mother…” It roared out at Zeras after the compliment as Zeras directed his attention away from it and narrowed his eyes.

“Hmph, bastard system! I knew something was wrong when you always told me to grow stronger. You were always the one in a rush as if I’m some sort of abomination. The problem all this while was you…”

“You’re A Fool If You Think That Way!!!” The words rang out from behind him as Zera turned his shocked eyes to the dragon. “What?”

“You think your Chaos Devourer gene is an abomination? Tch, it’s a piece of trash! Once you fuse with all these crystals, you’ll understand who the true abomination is!!!” The dragon said before snapping its eyes close.

And finally, Zeras directed his attention and focused on those crystals that were now floating in front of him. He had swallowed all the systems present in them into his stomach and now remaining was the pure crystals, just like they were meant to be…

“Now, I’ll be burrowing your ideas, Chaos Devourer system. I’ll be fusing all these crystals into my Chaos Devourer scales and create a truly supreme body. A body holding thousands of genes!!!

“Heheheheheheheh….” Zeras laughed out like a true psychopath as the explosions in his body instantly increased by a thousand-fold, a result of the systems doing all they could to burst out of his body, but all was for naught as Zeras held them down with everything he had, and ignoring them, he concentrated on the task at hand…

“In This Space, I am The God. Then I’ll bring my true physical body in…” Zeras muttered and in the next second, he sat on the ground as he concentrated hard, trying to feel a link. The link that connected his soul in the soul space together with his physical body currently present outside it. And faintly, Zeras slowly sensed that link.

“You All Hit harder, Never let him sense the link, confuse him! Distract Him!!!” The roar of rage from the Chaos Devourer system rang out as they kept slamming hard against Zeras but it was all for naught! Slowly, a tear appeared right in front of Zera’s face, and concentrating hard on that tear, the body appeared slowly, tearing apart the space to make it even bigger and finally it fully came out and rested before Zeras whose eyes flashed brightly in the same devious light.

“Now it remained just one more step…” Zeras said out as he pointed his hands to the crystals and immediately they all moved towards him, coming to rest before Zeras’ body. “There was almost nothing for him to do at all, as all the crystals, now that they were no longer controlled by the system, all immediately tried diving towards Zeras’ body but Zeras held them back.

He could see the scales present on every part of his skin, and could sense the myriad abilities of the crystals. He had to make sure they match with his body part. For example, from one of the crystals, Zeras was dragged into a vision as he concentrated on it…

The entire world was extremely quiet, mountain hills and forest surrounding the entire place as various birds chirped and various animals ran around the place.

UNTIL

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A gigantic meteor suddenly smashed down from the heavens themselves and immediately a devastating explosion rang out, as Zeras watched the entire world shatter apart and was sent into the void of space.

But what shocked Zeras to his core was that, what he thought was a meteor was actually a leg! A leg coated in thousands of runic lines, each brimming with a powerful aura!

In the next second, his eyes snapped back to reality as he looked at the yellow crystal and a smile appeared on his face.

Directing such type of crystals to scale in his hands would be wrong, because as shown, the crystal was a power that rang through very well with his legs, and so the best place for it was on a scale on his legs.

Immediately, Zeras’ eyes narrowed as he concentrated his senses on a single scale on his legs and magnified his attention.

Slowly but surely, he could sense the world that his system claimed was present in every of his scales!

A pitch-black void hidden in every of his scales!
