Chapter 32: Job Class System

Chapter 32: Job Class System

Centi interrupted them, asking,"So, are the jobs already set in stone? If not, how are job classes distributed?"

Jay then cocked his head and asked,"Anyone got any ideas?"

Kraken then popped back after staying quiet for so long, saying,"What if we have it so every leader that controls a populace of sentients greater than a certain number can bestow certain job classes. Every leader will automatically be assigned by the system even if the old leader is killed or replaced..."

She suddenly stopped her short monologue now that she noticed that everyone was staring at her again!

Jay laughed and said,"Wow! Kraken! You don't talk much, but when you do, boy do you have some great ideas! Great job sweetheart!" Jay said the last bit gently like a caring and proud dad and Kraken felt truly warm at this moment as she was washed with his bountiful emotions.

Kraken curtsied and said,"Thank you father. As I was saying, Every leader will have job classes they can assign to their people based on their tech level, population level and other various factors!"

Jay nodded and said,"I see no fault at all with the way you have set up the jobclass system, does anyone else have any ideas towards this system?"

Star suddenly perked up and said,"What about having certain high and mid level job classes gain a title that remains active as long as they retain that job class?"

Phineas seconded her, adding,"I agree with that! But what constitutes a title?"

Levi spoke up at this moment and replied,"What if we have it so only empire level existences can get their hands on this information. Even with the information they gain, we should make it so that they must give this power to another and cannot cultivate the knowledge themselves! They must spread it!"

Star added on again with,"Yes! That! Also, they need to have high qualifications to even get the job class and title in the first place! The higher the job class the higher the restrictions and the harder the challenge!"

Jay smiled and said,"Ok, we all agree on this point. Anything else to add on to the Job Class system?"

Stelara then asked,"What if we made them a little stronger with better classes?"

Jay's curiosity peaked at this suggestion and he asked back,"Can you explain what you mean baby?"

Stelara smiled and nodded joyfully. She responded with,"When the strong people get a really good class, what if we make them a tiny bit more powerful. Like a celebration and reward to them for getting this far!"

Jay pondered and smiled, for it was truly a fantastic idea. Rewarding those who deserved it, like Jay was there and giving them a small blessing on the back, while telling them,"You got this, champ!"

Jay nodded in appreciation and said,"Ok, we'll also make it so that higher level job classes give a small boost to the base stats of the user in the areas they need the most help with! We'll call it divine healing, hehe!"

The instant Jay said this, an invisible wave spread out from him as the center and enveloped the entire room, and then covered the entire globe. All of this happened in less than a picosecond. Jay did not notice this oddity.

Jay then said,"Ok, system, please make the Job Class system according to the specifications mentioned in this meeting!"

[Complete! The Job Class System is set up and will start to spawn with the next generation of sentients!]

Jay smiled now that the final system that needed attention was finally set up.

Then Jay turned to the normal power systems. Frankly Jay didn't much care to individually customize all 20+ systems. So Jay instead decided to create a grand unifying system!

Jay first pulled up all the possible energy and systems his sentients could use. It was in total a whopping 53 different magics, sorcery, systems, and scary energy that his sentients would be able to use in the future. Weirdly some of the magic had a prerequisite of needing to learn a previous magic or system such as the Divine Elemental Magic, which required the prerequisite of learning the Legendary Elemental Magic and the Epic Beast Summoning Magic.

Jay noticed that Qi and Soul Power, which were both eastern concepts, portrayed here as well. Jay wanted to incorporate all of these system into one grand unified perfect system.

He dove right in and started to build the framework template. Unlike all the other projects, this was something he had to focus and complete himself. He had to tweak and set every energy correct and make sure there wasn't some catastrophic accident that occured because of the many different energies.

Jay's doubts and worries were not unfounded as a small simulated planet floated next to him and would constantly simulate different tragic scenarios that would occur due huge malfunctions in the system Jay was creating!

All the gods crowded around and watched with passion and fervor as Jay worked on the energy and combat system that would forever shape the world they controlled! They felt so grateful to have an ultima god as awesome as Jay! Phineas had long told them that Jay's style of governing was much more lenient than most other gods!

Phineas was actually a rejected puppet god vessel before coming to Jay, something only his best friend Levi knew about him.

Jay continued to work as he fused more and more energies together into the simulations! He would fuse 7 or 8 and then something would fail, causing him to back track, add something new and then continue again. Jay constantly refined the energy system as it slowly adapted the world to his will!

As the simulations kept repeating and showing possible outcomes, Jay missed that the foliage and natural treasure count was increasing with every new simulation! Jay was unknowingly buffing the planet again!
