My Son Might Be A Villain -
Chapter 321: "I am serious about this." (2)
Back at the hotel.
As usual, Su Ran had her own room and Su Han shared the same one with Lu Shao.
After tossing both his son and the suitcase into the room, Lu Shao turned and prepared to walk out decisively.
Looking at Lu Shao, who was about to take off, Su Han pursed his lips some.
“Hey.”
“What?” Lu Shao turned around, lifted his brows, and looked at the not-so-happy-looking Su Han sitting on the couch.
He decided to wait on correct Su Han on the “hey”.
“Go and get some band-aids from the front desk.”
“Why? What happened?” Lu Shao’s eyes flickered when he heard that. He seemed to have an idea of why Su Han had said what he said.
“She got blistered by her shoes,” said Su Han.
“Okay. I got it.” Lu Shao nodded.
He took a look at Su Han before he left and finally said to him, “Hurry up and do your homework.”
They were already done a while ago, alright?
Su Han said to himself but, nevertheless, nodded with reluctance and mumbled an “oh”.
He then turned his attention back to his cellphone.
As the program tonight was streamed live, anyone who watched the show would know that Su Ran had taken first place by now.
On their way back, Su Han’s cellphone had been bombarded by messages from Liu Yangyang and the others as was the Class 8 Homebase.
Without replying to all kinds of questions in the chatgroup, Su Han made a high and mighty statement in the group: Thank you all for your votes. I will take you out to dinner when I get back.
He then searched for the photo that Su Ran had force took, looked at a certain someone in the photo with a resentful look, and finally saved it.
Across from him, Lu Shao had already located Su Ran.
Looking at the man standing in front of her, surprisingly Su Ran wasn’t surprised that he came over at this hour.
What he said next, however, surprised her.
“What was the injury on your foot?”
Su Ran, “!”
How did Lu Shao replace out about that? Oh, Su Han must have told him.
“Uh. It’s nothing. Just a minor scratch,” said Su Ran casually to Lu Shao with a smile while wondering since when did her son starting sharing “everything” with his father.
It wasn’t a big deal that one’s foot was scratched by new shoes. The pain in indescribable but it really wasn’t a big deal.
“Let me take a look.”
“?!”
Are you joking with that serious look of yours, Mr. Lu?
“Ahem, I mean. I brought with me some medication that should work on that.” Lu Shao cleared his throat and explained himself.
Lu Shao did not only buy the band-aid as recommended by Su Han, he had also purchased alcohol swabs and medication cream per the salesperson’s advice.
Looking at the complete set that Lu Shao had brought out, Su Ran was quite surprised. That was, indeed, a very useful bunch of items.
Su Ran had debated about getting some band-aid for tomorrow.
“Thank you,” said Su Ran to Lu Shao.
“Let me?” said Lu Shao as he looked at Su Ran seriously.
Having said that and before Su Ran could process what he had said, Lu Shao had already brought over the alcohol swabs, walked over to Su Ran, and got down in front of her.
Su Ran was very surprised when she saw the man squatting down in front of her.
By the time Su Ran had recollected herself and was about to tell him that was not necessary, she heard Lu Shao telling her, “Su Han was a little worried about you.”
Is that so?
That’s possible. Her son was, after all, a big warm boy on the inside.
As Su Ran thought to herself, Lu Shao went on to say, “It wouldn’t be easy for you to treat this yourself. Be easier for me to do it.”
Hmmm. Visualizing how she would be sitting there on the couch like a big burly man trying to scratch his feet, Su Ran’s look stiffened some.
With that thought in mind, what Lu Shao said seemed to make sense.
Besides, looking at the man squatting down in front of her and looking at her attentively, Su Ran must admit that her heart seemed to be beating faster than normal.
Why was it that she suddenly didn’t seem to be able to turn him down?
