Chapter 59:.

When Sara and Nadia left the airport instead of going straight to the villa they went to the restaurant, Sara was curious to know how her first business was still developing.

Nadia had already informed her that everything was going well, but she had a different way of thinking and when Nadia asked her to go and rest and stop worrying about the restaurant Sara replied.

“My grandfather taught me since I was a little girl that the master’s eye fattens the horse, so anyway hour more I deprive myself of rest is not going to make a difference, I need to see with my own eyes how everything is going”.

Nadia decided not to insist any more and took her to the restaurant. Twenty minutes later the car arrived at the restaurant, Nadia had to drive to the back of the restaurant, because there was no place to leave the car, everything was full.

Sara watched the people at the entrance insisting to the sales clerk for a table, but unfortunately a reservation was needed to get in.

When the car stopped Sara got out, the clacking of her heels attracted people’s attention, the men were mesmerized by her beauty and elegance, the swagger of her hips was a magnet for their eyes.

Her slender figure moved with agility, she seemed to walk on clouds, the men’s companions in the line seeing that they had been upstaged got in a bad mood and started pointing at Sara.

“Hey you scoundrel, where do you think you’re going, can’t you see there’s a line and if you don’t have a reservation don’t even think you’re going to get in” spoke a blonde woman and about twenty seven and when the others heard her they plucked up the courage to speak as well.

“Exactly we’ve been waiting here for almost half an hour and we all want to eat, don’t think just because you have a pretty face you can sneak in.”

“Yeah, look at her, she’s probably some big shot’s mistress. Get out of here bitch, this is a family restaurant”.

Sara stopped to listen to all their complaints, her indifferent look only made the women angrier, while the men still couldn’t recover their speech.

Sara got tired of listening to their complaints and when she saw that Nadia was already coming she started walking again towards the door of the restaurant.

The first woman who spoke when she saw that Sara was about to enter rushed at her and grabbed her by the hair and pulled her back.

Sara was still weak due to the accident, so as she was still not regaining all her strength that little push threw her to the floor.

Nadia saw the scene and immediately ran to help her boss, but the other women blocked her way. Sara gathered strength and stood up, her look had transformed into pure fire and her beautiful features indicated how furious she was, the blonde girl seemed not to measure the danger and was about to try to slap Sara when a hand stopped her, a tall thin guy stood next to her.

“You don’t think it’s wrong to bully someone when they outnumber you, besides if I were you I would start apologizing, the woman you just assaulted is the owner of the restaurant and I don’t think her husband the President of the Moretti Group would be amused to know that defaming his wife by passing him off as a mistress.”

His words were calm, his voice sweet, he had a perfect, youthful face. When the woman heard that, she lost all arrogance and got down on her knees to ask Sara’s forgiveness.

Sara didn’t even look at her and focused on the man.

“Jose” her face had relaxed again, she didn’t look so angry anymore “it’s been a long time since we’ve seen each other, come in let’s talk”.

Jose nodded and followed her silently.

They were taken to one of the private rooms, they both ordered something to eat and when they were finally alone Sara spoke again.

“Thanks for earlier.”

Joseph smiled and two small dimples were marked, Lucia charming.

“You’re welcome, that’s what us mates are for.”

“So tell me, what brings you here, you came to try the food.”

“Actually, I tried my luck to see if I could replace you. Emily told me about the accident and I was worried, plus I wanted to know if it still stands what we talked about that night after the last test.”

“I’m fine, thanks for your concern, as for our plans, everything stays the same, in a month it will be graduation and from then on we put everything in motion.”

“Ok perfect.”

Sara and Jose continued talking business quietly unaware that when they entered the room a fat forty-five year old man saw them and sent a message to Hugo telling him that his wife was flirting with other men.

Hugo had gone to Elder Moretti’s mansion, but his grandfather had found out about the accident he and Sara tried to hide from him, so the old man refused to receive his grandson.

Hugo’s mood was not very good after Sara’s and his own grandfather’s rejection, so when the message came telling him that his wife was running around with another man, his face darkened and Alexander thought he was able to see smoke coming out of his ears.

“Let’s go to the restaurant I want to catch that cheating woman.”
