Rise of the Crusader
Chapter 183

183 The Mall

Followed by the discussion in the apartment, Raphael headed to the academy mall as said.

By his side was the ravishing Elisa, and tagging along were Devon, Bane, and Aiden.

“That would be three billion points, sir,”

With a huge smile on her face, the woman behind the counter exclaimed.

Raphael slowly stretched his card to her, and once the payment was made, he took the item on the table into his ring.

While the woman was stunned by the disappearance of the model he purchased, she didn’t question how it vanished, instead, she continued to smile at him silly.

“Apart from the model, we also have other items that would come to your liking.” The woman spoke in a soft tone.

Raphael waved his hand after the woman spoke, and without delay, she moved towards the other tools in the shop.

As Raphael scanned through the items that were in the shop, a neutral expression was on his face. He didn’t seem too impressed by the resources of the academy, and equally, he wasn’t disappointed by it.

.....

The same, however, could be said for Bane, Aiden, and Devon.

The three of them were in a heightened state, not because they were in a shop possessing thousands of items, but instead, because of the points those items cost.

It was outrageous to say the least, as the cheapest items in this shop were three hundred million points

The model which Raphael also purchased caused the three of them to be deeply appalled because the model itself was a tiny box, yet it cost three billion points to purchase.

“How much is this?”

Raphael stood in front of a plastic which was rectangular with metal pins all over it and asked.

As the woman attending him heard him, her lips curved into a smile. She took the processor from the glass cabinet it was in and turned towards Raphael.

Because Raphael was standing in front of the glass container when the woman took out the processor, she didn’t ask him to excuse her, instead, she leaned her bosoms towards him, and opened the cabinet.

Elisa was standing beside Raphael, and it would have been blinding her if she didn’t see the move that the woman had just made.

Her eyebrows were furrowed, and as she saw the woman standing in front of Raphael with her nibble flashing right through her shirt, Elisa came in front of Raphael.

“Is this how the attendant of this shop dresses, or are you just the hoe among!” Elisa blurted.

After Elisa spoke, she turned towards the other attendant in the shop, and as she saw the same revealing clothes they were also putting on, she shook her head.

A disgusted, as well as irritated look, appeared on her face soon after.

When compared to the other attendants in the shop, the woman who was attending to them was even putting on more clothes.

Elisa also turned towards Bane, at this moment, she now understood why Bane was grinning the whole time.

“Can’t we go to another shop, Raphael?” Elisa said as she stared at Raphael.

And whether it was the woman in front or the others who were around the shop, the expression on each of their faces changed immediately.

“No, no, no, no.”

Before Raphael would respond to Elisa, the woman quickly intercepted them.

“I deeply apologize if my clothes displease you, I will take that in mind, and when next you visit, I promise to replace something more appropriate to your liking.” Said the woman.

A slight bow was given afterward.

And if there was one thing the bow caused was it made Elisa more infuriated.

The moment the woman lowered her body, she had her bosom in reveal immediately. And to further instigate Elisa, she shook her body, causing both melons to jiggle.

“Raphael,” Elisa muttered.

“There are still a few things I need to get first,” Raphael replied with a stern expression on his face.

As Elisa heard Raphael, she ensured that he saw the displeased look all over her face, before she then moved to the woman in front of her.

But, as for the woman in front of her, she was exceptionally pleased with the response Raphael gave Elisa and the look on his face.

If there was one thing he showed, then it was that he was a man of his own. He could make decisions even if it was going to upset his woman.

Surely, the woman looked forward to the quality time she was going to spend with him afterward.

Raphael sneered, “But, she isn’t wrong, you dress like a hoe. You should put some clothes on because this is just sickening.” Raphael blurted.

None of the people in the room had expected Raphael to come out with those strong words just after he refused to leave the shop, including Elisa.

She stared at Raphael seemingly startled, however, shortly after, the expression on her face changed, and her face lit up very quickly.

Meanwhile, the woman who had just received those harsh words from Raphael didn’t know how to react.

She opened her mouth so wide that a duck egg would probably fit inside, and as she stared at Raphael, she seemed to have realized that all the tales she heard about him were false.

“I apologize.”

With that said, the woman dropped the processor on the cabinet and hurried out of the shop.

There were tears coming out of her eyes, as while she wasn’t concerned about Elisa speaking to her that way, the same couldn’t be said when it was coming from the man she was trying to woo.

As the woman left, Raphael couldn’t help but turn towards the other attendees.

And if it had been a moment ago, they would have rushed towards him, but as he looked at them, they lowered their head immediately, seemingly embarrassed.

Raphael shook his head, he took the processor that was on the cabinet and rubbed his hand across the metal pin that was on it.

Gus, who had been surprisingly quiet the whole, time suddenly let out a long hiss a few seconds after it came in close contact with the processor.

“That’s what I thought as well,” Raphael responded.

Then he turned towards the attendants in the shop, “I need four of this.” Said Raphael.

As they heard Raphael, they exchanged glances between themselves before one of them walked into the door that was in the shop.

She came out a few seconds later, holding two processors similar to the ones Raphael was holding on to.

“One spectra processor cost seven hundred and fifty million points, and three would be two billion, two hundred and fifty million points.” Said the woman in a soft tone.

And Raphael wasted no time, he was about to pass his card to the woman, when her voice rang out.

“The shop owner has said to give you a discount, so instead of the former fee, you will pay two billion points for the spectra processor.”

The woman took hold of Raphael’s card, and once the payment was made, she handed him the card and ordered for the processor to pack up.

Raphael nodded his head, as the brains of the system to be created were taken care of, he moved his gaze to the other items in the shop.

He then moved around the battery section in the shop, and a few minutes after he got to the battery section, he spoke.

“Do you have SA lithium battery?” Raphael asked.

As Raphael spoke, Bane turned towards the attendees, and it came as a surprise to him to see that they have changed the outfit they were wearing earlier.

The six of them were now putting on clothes that could be termed decent.

And when he spoke, one of them moved toward him with a professional look on her face.

“We don’t have SA lithium battery, but we have another battery that’s on par with SA.” Said the woman.

The first part of her word had caused a change in Raphael’s expression, but he adjusted very quickly when he heard her complete her words.

“SS?”

Raphael spoke.

It didn’t come as a shock to the woman when Raphael spoke of the battery that she intended to offer him in replacement to the one he wanted, as it was well known that he was a freak.

A monster, to be more precise.

Not only was he exceptionally gifted in combat, but his talents in the field of machinery and technology were also terrific.

As the woman nodded her head, Raphael chuckled.

“SS lithium battery is nowhere near SA, if this is the evaluation you have from that two batteries then I don’t think this is the shop I should be in,” Raphael said.

He already turned around and was about to leave the shop when the woman quickly came to his front.

“Hold on.” She blurted. “The SS lithium battery in the market is of course no way near the SA lithium, but the ones we have is.”

“It’s been modified, but if you still don’t believe me, I can show you the approved letter from the director of the tech division herself.”
