The atmosphere in the baseball stadium was full of anticipation and energy, as more members of the Archery, Athletics and Fencing Departments gathered for the joint exercise proposed by Lara.

The morning sun painted the sky in golden hues, making the atmosphere seem even more promising for the challenge ahead.

Lara gathered all the participants in a circle and began to explain the rules of the game in detail. As she spoke, everyone's attention was on her, absorbing every word with interest, for Lara was an almost perfect Captain, after all, she was charismatic, beautiful, funny and didactic.

His excitement transformed sleepy looks into determined ones, which revealed the will to win and the willingness to cooperate as a team.

"Although not all the members of the departments are here, I want everyone to know that this exercise is not just about competition, but also about collaboration and teamwork," continued Lara with everyone's attention. "Let's strive to show what each department has to offer and how together we are stronger."

Klaus' eyes fixed on Lara as she spoke, absorbing her words with seriousness. He knew that this was an opportunity not only to demonstrate his individual skills, but also to show that the differences between the departments could be overcome in favor of a common goal.

After the detailed explanations of the rules and procedures, Lara divided the participants into trios with the help of Captains Edward and Lucas, ensuring that each team was made up of members from different departments. Coincidentally or not, Klaus found himself in a team with Lucas, the Captain of the Fencing Department, and Maethe, a slim, tall girl from the Athletics Department.

"It will be a pleasure to work with you again, Klaus." Lucas said.

Klaus returned the gesture with a firm handshake. "It's my pleasure, Lucas. I'm looking forward to seeing how our team does in this challenge."

Maethe, noticing the interaction between the two, decided it was time to introduce herself and set the record straight.

"Hi, Klaus," began Maethe, her voice a little shaky at first. "I don't think we've met yet. I'm Maethe, from the Athletics Department. I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for the past incident involving some members of our department. It wasn't the best way to deal with the rivalry."

Klaus nodded understandingly. "I understand, Maethe. I appreciate your words and I'm sure we can put this behind us and focus on the challenge ahead."

Maethe's expression relaxed a little, revealing a shy smile. "Thank you for understanding. I'm excited to work together and show what we're capable of as a team."

With the introductions made, Lara gave the signal for the trios to spread out to the designated spots in the woods.

The woods next to the stadium were immersed in an electrifying atmosphere as the trios made their way to their designated spots. Klaus, Lucas and Maethe walked together, discussing strategies and familiarizing themselves with the terrain. The forest was made up of majestic, dense trees, creating intriguing shadows and ideal points of cover for the challenge that was about to begin.

Lucas, with his athletic and confident posture, led the trio, suggesting ways to approach different situations during the exercise. He stressed the importance of clear communication and mutual trust between team members.

Maethe, although initially quiet, began to open up more during the conversation, contributing her own ideas and showing a more determined and committed side.

Meanwhile, Klaus absorbed every word and carefully observed the behavior of his teammates. He noticed how Lucas and Maethe were making an effort to put their differences aside and focus on the common goal. This team dynamic was crucial not only for the imminent exercise, but also for strengthening relations between the departments.

On the way to the designated spot, a clear one in the woods with a flag raised, they spotted other trios, but they were soon lost in the vastness of the forest.

Klaus gazed at the little sky between the leafy trees, noticing how the sun filtered through the leaves of the trees, creating patterns of light and shadow on the earthen floor. The tranquil atmosphere of the woods contrasted with the vibrant energy of the exercise.

When they finally reached their point, they saw the flag with a pentagram symbol, and Klaus smiled at the corner of his mouth.

Maethe touched the flag and took it out of place for a test. At that moment, the metal circle where the flag was stuck glowed red and began to emit a buzzing sound. When she put the flag back, the light turned white for a moment and then disappeared.

"So there's an alert system. That will be useful." She said.

"And there's also a loudspeaker here." Lucas said, pointing with his rapier at a speaker inside the same circle as the flag.

Klaus carefully observed his surroundings, noticing how every detail of the environment could be used to his advantage. The trees offered cover and possible strategic ambush points, while the sounds of the forest acted as a natural warning system, revealing the presence of other trios or possible traps.

Lucas, with his athletic ability and experience in field strategies, proposed a detailed plan of action, dividing up tasks and establishing constant communication through signs and keywords. Maethe, for her part, was determined and focused, ready to follow Lucas' instructions and contribute her own skills.

Each of the members had an item with them. Lucas carried his rapier sword, Klaus his bow with only five arrows in the quiver, and Maethe had special shoes with springs that reduced the noise even in the earth full of branches and dry leaves in the woods.
