Chapter 15:.

“Wow!”. Not at all embarrassed, Liam Brooks’ model-like handsome face was unreadable. Suddenly, he smiled, “Ah! Miss Murray, what happens if you don’t complete the job on time and cause loss to the company?”.

“I’m sorry! I will…”. Sherry lowered her head, “I just received this document 15 minutes ago!”.

“What I want is the fully translated document, not your excuses!”. A cold voice suddenly stopped her sentence as her eyes slowly sank.

“Yes!” Sherry shivered as she unconsciously knew she was holding a tray.

“Document, I need the document!”. William Rowland suddenly stood up. His black suit emphasized his gigantic physical appearance. His arrogant, unruly expression coupled with his cool vibes made anyone around him shiver in fear, “If you can’t translate this document in 10 minutes, you can pack your things and leave!”

“I…”. Sherry bit her lips tightly, “Yes!”

“Clearly someone is trying to frame her!”. After Sherry left, Liam said arrogantly, “You just got this document 15 minutes ago, do you think you can finish it on time?”

“What I want is a qualified secretary. If you can’t be firm in the office, you’re disqualified!”. said William, “This company is not a charity!”.

“Miss Murray prepared coffee and tea of extraordinary quality. Perhaps, could you do me a favor?”. Liam’s eyes sparkled as he stared at William.

“What are you trying to say?”

“Let me help myself!”. Liam raised his eyebrows, “I don’t think she can fully translate in ten minutes!”.

“She can’t!”. William raised his eyebrows slightly, “Meeting!”.

After William responded, he walked sullenly away.

Suddenly he met Sherry at the door.

“Mr. Rowland, this is the document you need!”. Sherry quickly handed the printed document to William.

Liam was stunned as he nearly choked on his cup of tea, “Miss Murray, You, do you translate it?”.

Sherry affirmed as she remained calm.

Liam looked at Sherry as he couldn’t see through her.

William narrowed his eyes and took the document without saying anything. He looked it over and headed for the meeting office.

“Miss Murray, you’re amazing!”. Liam gave her a thumbs up.

Sherry was relieved. Luckily, she had already seen the document when William and Lara Rhodes were on a business trip. She even tried to translate it and saved it on the computer. She happened to replace it and found it immediately.

“Sherry, when did you translate it?”. Alice Ryan was stunned and came over to gossip with her.

“I’ve translated it before, I just never thought I’d keep it!”.

“Unbelievable, I think Lara would be surprised!”.

When they all sat down, Lara came over with a look of circumstance, “Sherry, why do you say you haven’t translated when you’ve done it before? Are you trying to joke with me?”

“Miss Rhodes, I’m sorry. I don’t know if it’s the same document I translated before.” replied Sherry calmly.

Lara gave her a glance and replied sarcastically, “Mr. Rowland I ask you to go to the meeting room!”.

“Yes!”. Sherry stood up and hurried to the meeting office.

“Mr. Rowland!” She stood near William and humbly asked, “Are you looking for me?”.

“Sit down!” William didn’t even raise his head.

“This is not appropriate!” Did Sherry have any qualifications to participate in the meeting of the two companies?

“Just sit down when I ask you to sit down!”. William raised his head as he motioned for Sherry to sit next to him.

“Sit down, Miss Murray!”. Liam reached over to pull the chair for her.

“Thank you!”

“You’re welcome, Miss Murray. I like those who are always prepared at work.” Liam complimented her. Even William was stunned that she showed no expression of emotion at work. After this, Liam thought it was funny.

“Uh!” Sherry lowered her head and sat silently next to William.

As soon as Lara led the two officials from another company into the meeting room, she looked at Sherry. She instantly showed her hatred and jealousy.

“Don’t be proud of yourself for being prepared!”. A cold voice came like a basin of water splashing at Sherry. She was stunned as she didn’t understand what William was talking about.

“William! If she’s not prepared, you’d be framed to death! I guess we must always be prepared in life. Miss Murray, oh yes, may I call you Sherry?”. Liam was full of excitement.

“Even Mr. Brooks! What could he have said? Since his position was above her, anyway.

“Sherry, next time I’ll call you by your first name. Let me tell you, any workplace is not going to be easy! It’s like a battlefield.” Scary, just be careful!”

“Are you finished?” William angrily interrupted Liam’s chatter.

Sherry took a deep breath and stated.
