She cried in pain falling to the ground as blood gushed down,

"Beat her to a pulp!!" He ordered the wolves and they all pounced on her while I watched with a heavy heart,

Dad drifted his gaze to me with those curtly look,

"Go into your toom, your presence is no more needed;" he huffed and I glanced at Scarlett already bruised, the more she tried fighting with her weak wolf, the more they pierced and smeared her whole body leaving her wolf howling in pain as blood gushed out...

"Dad!!!... Darren is going to wipe us all away!...you are hurting his only daughter!" I yelled but he laughed instead,

"I am daring him to a fight!" He smirked leaving my head pounding at how mean Dad was, he was just too confident and was undisturbed,

I knew things would never be the same after today, I won't go to school anymore, instead, I would be preparing for war, a massive one which I can't tell if I would come back alive,

I had thought this war would be coming later, I thought it was still in a distant time, never did I knew it was already knocking at the door, the great war that would claim so many lives,

"You are one of the warriors we depend on, never are you going to relent or act weak, that's why I'm killing her!" He howled with those glares and my heart skipped a beat,

Less did he knew the lady he was brutally killing isn't my mate, she isn't the lady I felt the mate pull for, she was a substitute for Elena, I can't bear to have her killed so I made Scarlett the sacrificial lamb to save my Elena...

I heaved a deep sigh as I found my way away to my room leaving Scarlett screaming and howling in the deep pain she must be going through,

Darren's POV

"Where are my son and daughter?" I asked my guards who bowed their heads without saying any word, they were dumbed as this had been the fifth time they would be going out to look for them,

It was still not really in my view, even when they hadn't found them for this last round, I won't believe my children were kidnapped or taken away, it isn't possible and no one would ever dare me to that extent...

"Where are my children???" Elf asked with a deep stern standing up from the seat beside me as the men all shivered,

"What about the guards that go around with them??...what the hell are you guys trying to make me believe?" I seethed with anger swelling up,

"We don't know what happened, there is no trace of them, they were seen in school, it all happened outside the school" the leader of the search team explained with swearing all over his face,

"So is Jason also missing?" Elf asked,

The guard made to give me a reply when the Beta and Gamma rushed in with a confused look.

"What are we hearing??...your children missing??" They both exclaimed, their tone showing how shameful it sounded,

"I don't think so, no one can dare me Alpha Darren to that extent knowing fully. well what I can do!!" I growled clenching my fist,

I was going to destroy anyone who had done this if actually, it is true, I swear!!!

"They were kidnapped after school, have you inquired about Jason, Scarlett's mate, they are always together so I think he should know what happened to her!" The Beta fumed,

"I said the same thing!.. where is he?" Elf gruffed,

"Jason is in his pack, there is no news of him being missing too!" The head guard replied and I jolted up in anger,

"Get him here!!!" I ordered at the top of my voice,

"Yes sir!" They bowed and made to leave when one of my guards rushed in breathing heavily,

"Alpha!!!!!" He called out with his tone exuding fear, he fell to the ground leaving us staring at him confusedly,

"What is it?...what happened?" The Gamma asked with his gruff voice,

"I was so lucky to escape!!" He breathed more heavily like his breath was held,

"Escape from who?" Everyone asked at the same time peering at him with one countenance,

All I yearn to hear is the coward who dared me this far, I was going destroy him immediately, it still shocked me how someone got the gut to kidnap my children, I wonder what gave him the courage,

Was that person calling for war???

Then he had made a huge mistake which would take his life and the life of his family and pack!

"I don't know who this man were but they were powerful to kill all the men guarding Scarlett, I was so lucky to even when they dug my heart with their claws" he cried in pain and that was when I could see the thick blood flowing off his chest profusely,

"What??...this is not real!"The Beta gnashed his teeth as it was all clear to us, it was vaguely in everyone's mind what these men seek,
