After two weeks, Leon confirmed a few things about the dragons. They were highly intelligent, but they still didn't have any intention of negotiating with Leon. That showed him that despite their differences, they could work together to show to other species that they were superior.

Their attributes also varied quite a bit. Dragons of fire, water, wind, thunder, earth, ice were the most commons. But here and there, a poisonous or acid dragon could appear... which was weird because even though Leon could see them working together, dragons of different attributes looked at each other without a hint of camaraderie. It was strange that poison and acid dragons could exist since those types were basically a fusion of two or more elements.

"Well. There is an exception to every rule... maybe some dragons loved each other like Romeo and Juliet, and from that kind of forbidden love, poison and acid dragons were generated," Leon shrugged.

Putting such crazy ideas aside, Leon still decided to check if the dragons had hearts for him to eat... but he didn't replace any. Fortunately, their meat was the best thing Leon had eaten so far. Maybe it was because it was rich in mana, but he couldn't care less.

Regardless, despite the fact that Leon had to use a lot of mana to control his spear, he already was training and leveling up his new skills much faster thanks for two reasons. First, the dragons had a lot more mana than any monster Leon had seen so far, so he could recover more mana than he uses against them. The second reason was related to the first one; the dragons were powerful. Based on their status alone, they were far stronger than Leon, but since there weren't glass cannons like Leon. They were physically and magically strong, incredibly sturdy, but at the same time fast.

"No wonder they were the most powerful type of monsters... if they weren't so prideful, I bet they could have destroyed earth..." Leon rubbed his chin. "In any case, by my calculations, things will get difficult again once the dragons reach level five hundred..."

For the time being, Leon could one-shot kill dragons using his spear. However, he constantly had to repair it because the dragons' scales and flesh were hard, so the spear constantly would lose its edge. Since his crafting skills already reached the level max, Leon would have to rely on the amount of mithril he uses and, at the same his own skills to make stronger weapons. He felt like the dragons would give him an unpleasant surprise sooner or later, and that was why Leon was already thinking of making a stronger spear.

"I can increase the effectiveness of mana liquid by using dragon's blood, but there is a limit of how much that will help me," Leon said. "Besides, I have to sleep eventually, and I still don't know how I will be able to sleep, considering that dragons don't stop from coming."

Leon also had to consider how he would learn the elemental absorptions. The dragons had those passive skills, so the best option would be too analyze their memories. The problem was, if that isn't enough, Leon would be forced to increase his mentality... The number of worries increased, but fortunately, Leon found a possible solution to the problem in Ilyana's vault.

"One fucking trillion coins..." Leon said while his eyes were wide open.

Putting the requirements and the cost in coins aside, it was clear that it would be a good investment... However, it was a solution Leon couldn't count on for the time being... he will only have that stupid amount in intelligence and control in one hundred years at best.

"I really don't miss those types of dragons... but I wonder why there are no dark dragons, or light dragons," Leon rubbed his chin. "In any case, I guess it would be weird if also exists time dragons."

Now that Leon could relax a bit, his mind was starting to ponder about such things. Instead of replaceing ways to help him have good nights of rest while the dragons still try to eat him alive.

The most obvious 'solution' would be too keep Mana Armor or Reflective Armor active while holding a soul eater and just sleep. However, Leon's mana would end before long. Even if that doesn't happen, once he wakes up, Leon would have to deal with thousands of dragons. He could always sleep underground while keeping Mana Concealment active, but the problem of the number of dragons would still be there...
