I was officially a month pregnant and I had an appointment to get myfirst ultrasound. I am so excited, Kane is coming with me to the scan. Icalled Thanatos cell phone that he has.

" Hey Than! Could you watch Forest for an hour I'm going to replace outwhat I'm having!"

"Definitely, Can my mom come? she wants to visit with you and Forest.”" Ohh yes she can totally come over."

" Okay, I'll see you in a bit."

Thanatos arrived with his mom and I handed Vivian Forest when Kanesaid it was time to go for our appointment. We had to go to a specialclinic for werewolf's, Kane and I got into the car and drove us to theclinic, we got out of the car and walked inside and I saw Em he waswearing scrubs and had a clipboard speaking with another person.

"Is That Emerald? " I whispered to Kane. I was pretty sure it was him."Yes, He's a doctor”

"But he only looks like he is my age”

“I've known him since I was like twelve, little one.”

"Are you telling the truth?” I said My mouth hanging open wide.yes

We were about to sit down when Em came over.

"Hey Quinn, Want to come with me?"

"Sure!"

We walked into an office with fancy equipment and he asked me to laydown, so I did and he pulled my shirt up and rubbed the cold gel onmy belly.

"Why didn't you tell me you are a doctor?"

"I'm not supposed to be working, but I wanted to come back to workfor a little while, they handed me a small list of like three people that Iwould be scanning till they have their babies and you were one ofthem.”

"Ohh Really, I'm glad it's you Em. "

"Me too, but enough gossip, let's see what's going on in there! *"Okay."

We saw the baby on the monitor and he looked pretty crammed insidemy womb.

"Wow! Look at how big he is!"

"Why is he so big?" Kane asked his face almost worried.

"That's because it's an alpha child, That's why it's so large when he'sborn he will probably weight 10 pounds.”

" Wow!"

" You best starting think about names now Quinn. * Em said laughing."Indeed, call me later maybe we can hang out when you are free!”

"I'd love to, I'll call you.”

"Have a great day!"

Kane and I got back in the car after we booked another appointmentwhen I and Kane got home and walked through the door Than wasasleep on the couch, his mom was feeding Forest in the kitchen.

"So what are you having Quinn darling?”

"We will have a boy, and I mean he huge he crammed in there!"“really?”

"yes, Em said it was because of Kane's Alpha D.n.a."

"Em? , you wouldn't mean Queen Emerald, Lucca's husband?

" Yes, actually we are good friends!"

" Emerald delivered Thanatos, Emerald is such a sweet boy!"

"He Delivered Thanatos?"

" Oh yes, Thanatos was the first baby he delivered.”

"Wow! that's so cool!"

When she was done feeding Forest, she washed the dishes that were inthe sink and woke Thanatos up and they both left. I held Forest he wassmiling and giggling all happy that we were home. I carried Forestupstairs and laid him in his crib and waited till he fell asleep before Ileft. I was walking up the stairs after speaking with Em on the phone foran hour when I saw the flower petals. Kane walked down the hall andput a blindfold on me.

"Kane what In Luna are you doing!"

"Wait and see little mate,” he said licking the shell of my ear.

I knew we were in the bedroom the moment my feet hit our shagcarpet.

"Kane, what are you doing?" He let go of my arm and back away fromme.

"Take the blindfold off and open your eyes!"

I took the blindfold off and open my eyes, Kane was on one knee in asuit and had an open box with a ring in it.

"Quinn Wolfin, You have made me the happiest man alive, it wouldmake me even happier if you would be my husband until the end oftime!"

" Yes Kane, Yes a million times!"

I kissed Kane deeply tears of joy raining from my eyes. This was perfect.My life was finally perfect! Here we were, About to have two babies anda wedding, I was getting what I deserved finally.
