16 - Chapter Sixteen - Emerald Victorian's Point Of View.

Today was the day that Castel and Archer handed the crowns over tous. We had to go pick up our robes for this evening. Lucca alreadypicked him up, but mine and his cousin Kane's mate Quinn still had afew things to be finished but we were told they did and ready to bepicked up.

We drove to go get the gowns and the accessories, we walked insidethe shop and I looked at my pastel green robe, it was stunning with itsgold gems on it. Quinn's gown was just as beautiful, it was pastelpurple with jewels, Lucca really did pick out a great design. Thedressmaker boxed Quinn's dress and Accessories. Lucca's hand wroteout a letter and we drove to Kane's to drop it off.

Kane was outside and we handed him the box and told him we wouldsee him later this evening, and to have good midday. we drove home,we stopped to get food at a small fancy dinner. We drove home andbegan to get ready for the evening. I dressed in my robe, I had Luccadue to the backup and then Lucca sat and braided my hair. First, hebrushed the long lengths, they were quite long. my hair had grown tothe middle of my back. Lucca loved it so I never cut it, he always had hishands in my hair.

His fingers were so skilled in the art of braiding if we ever had adaughter it would be Wonderful because she would forever have thegreatest looking hair. After he was done with my hair he dusted someshimmer powder on parts of the body the light would hit. Lucca washighly gifted when he wanted to dress me up. He always knew the bestways to dress me up and what would make me look gorgeous.

We walked down the stairs and joined the party, Lucca was finally goingto be crowned and I was going to be crowned as well because I am hishusband. We spoke to many of Lucca’s friends and such, and myparents chose not to come because they wanted to watch the kids. Itold my mom I would tell her all about it, she said that was fine. Irubbed my belly as we were walking around. Lucca smiled lightly, Icould tell he just wanted to be at home. Lucca and I walked over to HisCousin Kane and his mate.

" Good evening, Alpha and Luna Dawson," Lucca said kindly.

"Good evening, Prince Lucca and Princess Emerald,” Kane said, shakinghands with Lucca.

" Hello, Alpha Kane and Luna," I said.

" Hello” Quinn waved shyly.

Kane took lead then, " Lucca this is my mate, Quinn,

Lucca smiled softly and went to speak for me but I beat him to it,extending my hand out to Quinn, "I'm Emerald, I'm Lucca's mate" I saidtrying to

"I'm Quinn, Kane's mate,” Quinn said kind of quietly, this was clearlynot something he was used to. I was a little more used to it because Iwent to balls and parties before this event.

"I'm so glad to finally meet you. I've heard so much about you,” I said,speaking with my hands dramatically. Kane had told me so much abouthis mate, it was nice to have someone to finally understand me and bemy friend.

Later a knight approached us and said it was time to be crowned, Luccaand I walked up the stairs onto the balcony where Castle and Archergave a speech about the passing of the crown.

Archer spoke to Lucca.

" Here in my hand I hold the weight of the entire kingdom, I give this toyou as it is your right, do you accept your right and lead this kingdominto better days?"

"I promise on my ancestors to lead this kingdom without fail" Luccasaid with his hand over his heart.

Castel turned and smiled at me and spoke

" Here in my hand I hold the weight of the entire kingdom, I give this toyou today as you are his beloved, you have been given the power frommy ancestors to help lead the king and always be by his side as his onetrue Queen. Do you accept your right and lead this kingdom into betterdays?"

"1 Promise to lead this Kingdom without fail, I will be strong andsupport my king."

They both placed the crowns on top of our heads and we walked downthe stairs to mingle at the party once more. There were so many peoplewe ended up mingling with, I had to go pee about thirty times becauseof the new baby on my bladder. Lucca and I found out I was pregnantand we took a test telling me I was indeed pregnant and almost twomonths along.
