Chapter 56:

Sara had gone completely crazy, and was just throwing things and shouting offenses at Hugo and Hugo was left with only running around the room trying to dodge all the flying objects that were going straight for his head.

After a few minutes Sara calmed down and sat down on the bed to rest. She had always exercised so she didn’t understand why after just a little effort she began to feel so exhausted.

Hugo saw that she was not feeling well and tried to approach, but Sara’s murderous look stopped him, he decided to sit on the bed at a safe distance from her.

“I’m sorry for putting you in this situation, I promise I’ll take care of her.” Sara laughed derisively.

“You seriously think I’m going to trust you to take care of her, from you all I can expect is for you to punish her by dressing her up as a schoolgirl and spank her buttocks before making her yours.”

Sara was so furious that she did not measure her words and spoke without any censure.

“I don’t want you to get involved in this, that bitch is going to be taken care of by me personally, I hope that’s clear to you.”

Hugo wanted to tell her that it wasn’t necessary for him to get his hands dirty with her, but after thinking about it he opted to keep silent and just nod, after all Sara could misinterpret his words and think that he was just in covering for Nina.

“Now get out of here I want to rest.”

Alejandro and Hugo left the room and informed the doctor that Sara had woken up, they also looked for some people to go and clean up the chaos she had made.

Sara stayed in the room planning how to deal with Nina, she needed to give that woman a good scolding, how dare she try to murder her.

“All because of that fucker” was the only thought in Sara’s head.

Nadia, Beatriz and Emily visited Sara that same day. Nadia filled her in on work and told her that Hugo had helped her and took care of everything in her absence.

Sara worried about how many hours she had slept to advance so much work, looking closer she could see some bags under her eyes, she felt a little pity for Hugo, but it only lasted a brief moment, when she remembered what her lover had tried to do to her, all the pity turned into fury and hate, after all if she had not had the accident she would not miss work and he would not have to help her, so in the end it was all his fault and she had no reason to have pity.

Sara spent a few more days in the hospital and then returned to the Villa, Hugo had not informed anything of what had happened to her grandfather, so as not to worry him, so Sara decided to wait until she felt better and then go to see Rafael and tell him everything.

There was also another little matter that mortified her, and that was Nina, Sara spent her hours planning a revenge, but no idea she had was good enough, Sara was determined to give Nina a good scolding so that she would never mess with her again and at the same time make an example of her to the rest of the women that Hugo had scattered around.

Sara didn’t want something like that to happen again, after all if all her husband’s mistresses agreed to ruin his life she would have no way out. So the best thing would be to make an example of Nina so that no other rabid bitch would dare to try to attack.

Sara set Nadia to investigate everything about Nina, and after a couple of hours Sara had in her hands a folder with all Nina’s information, from her birth to her present life.

After the attack, Nina had left the city and returned to her country, where she was hiding to wait for the tide to go out. She was doing some small jobs that allowed her to earn some money to survive, but nothing big, her popularity had disappeared with so much bad news she had been involved in and the label of mistress she had not been able to get rid of.

Sara checked Nina’s schedule thoroughly and making use of her connections she managed to get an entry in one of the fashion shows.

On Saturday morning Sara got off the plane with Nadia in country A and they went straight to the hotel where the fashion show was to take place and where she was staying. The fashion show was not very important or of a very famous designer, but Sara had taken care to invite all the media, she only promised them an exclusive and that was enough for everyone to be interested.

Sara had gained fame among reporters, because her interviews were always explosive. When Sara arrived at the hotel she met with the designer, he filled her in on everything about the fashion show and handed her the invitation.

At eight in the evening the fashion show began and Nina was the one who opened it, everyone was enchanted with her exotic beauty and her body, she walked with her head up and a smile on her face, suddenly she saw Sara in the audience and her nerves betrayed her, so she broke her foot, but she recovered quickly and continued as if nothing had happened.
